Daily Cleaning: Regularly use a dry dust mop or damp mop to prevent dirt and grime from building up, cutting down on abrasions, wear, and tear.
Monthly Cleaning: Use a damp mop with a pH-neutral cleaner and water to perform an occasional deeper clean on stained concrete floors.
Annual Maintenance: Protect stained concrete floors with a high-quality film-forming sealer and a coat of wax or floor finish. Reapply sealer or wax as the protective finish wears down over time, generally on a biannual or annual basis.

Depending on the type of stain you use, your concrete floors may also need to be restained every few years to maintain a bright, vivid finish.
